Sliding through the hourglass tonight
My desire yearns to feast on your dreamy, filmy landscape
Taste your flowered valleys and your forested peaks
Tantalize, tease your breath into sacred pantings –
And paintings of slow moving cravings
Running honey thick like sugared candy down the walls, and
Our skin…
This luscious, marzipan, gossamer delirium, where
My eyes take every scenic route along your rugged, masculine flesh –
Lips pressing a pilgrimage trail of explicit devotion
Your seraphic face my jeweled sublime –
Melliloquent whispers carry on the steamy air in the moonglade
A melody of clover, smoke and berries our blanket in the tall summer grass
This lush worship tantalizes the moon
Makes the angels blush and mesmerizes the demons
An aphrodisiac… a buttery, risque carnival…
Eros sculpture too divine for tears
Lust in the foliage where feathered fronds sway to our rhythm
As the stars light the way across your body…
Silver slivers like fireflies dancing, for my tongue to trace…
There is no knowledge here
Just instinct and measures –
Sublime delving with fingertips, tracing moist curves, scented secrets
Fragrant skin that drives sanity into distracted splendor
Turns the blue of the water turquoise from our heat
And the fire burns white
As the air turns musky
We burn
Raining down on each other to drench the fire

A lusty adoration, lunging, raking –
Marks of desire a lasting declaration
As the hourglass tilts and new valleys are revealed…
Flowered vines tangling and binding
Wrists… legs…
New destinations to explore beneath an envious moon –
